James has been awarded the "DST Achievement Award - Outstanding Contribution in the Classified Domain" for his efforts and contribution above and beyond whilst working at Defence Science and Technology Group.
James is a human scientist who specialises in human machine interfaces. He has contributed to many great Defence outcomes in his already successful career.
Coherics' Director of Operations, Benjamin Rice, said of James' achievement "we are proud to have James on our team and we are enjoying watching him grow at Coherics. James is a Human Performance Specialist at Coherics and is responsible for applying human factors principles and evidence-based techniques to develop
methods, analysis, evaluation, or the generation of training systems.
